When consultancy makes sense

How we work

We deliberately keep it light. No heavy advisory project with thick reports that disappear in a drawer, but an approach that fits the size of your question. Depending on what you need, we choose one of three tracks:

Architecture and kick-off. Maarten does the diagnosis, sets the direction and gets the project moving. This is the strategic part: where's the gain, in what order do you tackle it, and how do you make sure it keeps working after we're gone.

Execution. Well-defined, repeatable work, like implementing a tool, optimising a process or automating a piece, we deliver through a network of specialists. That way we scale up and down to your question, without you being stuck with a large, expensive structure.

Longer-term guidance. If you have an intensive, long-running project ahead, we work together with fixed partners who specialise in it. You keep coming to us for the direction, they take on the heavier execution.

Which track it becomes, we decide together after a first conversation. That way you never pay for more than you need.

From training to project

Many of our clients first get to know us through a training. That's no coincidence. A training often lays bare exactly where things pinch in practice: messy processes, tools that go unused, work that could be smarter. What surfaces during a training day is often precisely the spot where a consultancy project makes the difference.
